The ZENNIE62MEDIA Hoodie is an early expression of what’s as much an ethic as a corporate name. I built ZENNIE62MEDIA to allow me to make media platforms, content production methods, and services, as well as to form an investment vehicle for them. Also, it’s simple, black, and tech. If I were to pick a symbol for it, it would be The Black Monolith from 2001: A Space Odyssey.
The Black Monolith is a machine “built by an unseen extraterrestrial species. In the series of novels, three Monoliths are discovered in the Solar System by hominids and humans. The response of the characters to their discovery drives the plot of the series.” Basically, The Black Monolith, or “The Black Monoliths”, are instruments of evolution and discovery in the book series by Arthur C. Clarke.
ZENNIE62MEDIA started as a way to bring together all of my online platforms under one name in 2010, and is now, finally, a true Delaware c-corporation, officially designated by the State of Delaware and the federal government.
So, in other words, what you’re wearing is an expression of my firm, and also evolution and discovery. I think that fits you.
I also tend to think of ZENNIE62MEDIA as The Nautilus, from The book and movie 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea. Nautilus is described by book author Jules Verne as “a masterpiece containing masterpieces”. The ship is designed and commanded by Captain Nemo. For me, The Nautilus represents one man’s attempt to shield himself from a chaotic world. ZENNIE62MEDIA is my attempt to provide a counter-point to the media of today: it’s tech-oriented, ever-changing, and progressive. It’s also something that emerged from years of bad, racist, anti-intellectual treatment from society.

The overall objective here, on top of our is smartphone-enabled, real-time, on the scene reporting of news, interviews, observations, and happenings anywhere in the World and within seconds and not hours – is the use of the existing YouTube social graph on any subject in the World. Now, news is reported with a smartphone and also by promoting current content on YouTube: no heavy and expensive cameras or even a laptop are necessary, or having a camera crew to shoot what is already on YouTube. The secondary objective is faster, and very inexpensive media content news production and distribution. We have found there is a disconnect between post length and time to product and revenue generated. With this, the problem is far less, though by no means solved. Zennie62Media is constantly working to improve the system network coding and seeks interested content and media technology partners.
