Dennis Rodman: Women’s Topless Basketball, Chris Paul, Andy Dick, At CES Las Vegas 2012

ONN – Dennis Rodman was and is controversial and the event he was pushing at CES, and named in the video, proves it: “Dennis Rodman: Women’s Topless Basketball, Chris Paul, Andy Dick, At CES Las Vegas 2012”.

Las Vegas January 12th, 2012 – In honor of his appearance on “The Last Dance” on ESPN, here’s the Zennie62Media / Zennie62 video called “Dennis Rodman interview on Chris Paul, NBA, Women’s Topless Basketball, Andy Dick, At CES Las Vegas 2012.”

The Dennis Rodman website had the most vanilla description of the event: “PMG’s Dennis Rodman attended the CES convention on Thursday January 12th as a guest of Paltalk, an app that allows users to make free calls and send free text messages to any other app user over 3G and WiFi. Close to 100 media outlets from around the world were waiting for the newly inducted Basketball Hall of Famer to appear. Rodman participated in a Q and A from the media, signed autographs and took pictures with fans…”

I learned of Rodman’s appearance because a representative for Paltalk invited me as I entered the South Hall of Las Vegas Convention Center, where the Paltalk booth was. Rodman and I had three things in common: being African American, Chicago, and a friendship with Michael Silver, who I went to Cal with, and he came to know as Rodman was the focus of a now-famous Sports Illustrated cover story Mike wrote.

For the women’s basketball game, it was a charity match that was held in Las Vegascharity match that was held in Las Vegas. That’s all I know. The Hollywood Reporter has the skinny.

Stay tuned.

Note from Zennie62Media and Oakland Now: this video-blog post demonstrates the full and live operation of the latest updated version of an experimental Zennie62Media , Inc. mobile media video-blogging system network that was launched June 2018. This is a major part of Zennie62Media , Inc.’s new and innovative approach to the production of media. What we call “The Third Wave of Media”. The uploaded video is from a ger with the Zennie62 on YouTube Partner Channel, then uploaded to and formatted automatically at the Oakland Now site and Zennie62-created and owned social media pages. The overall objective is smartphone-enabled, real-time, on the scene reporting of , interviews, observations, and happenings anywhere in the World and within seconds and not hours. Now, is reported with a smartphone: no heavy and expensive cameras or even a laptop are necessary. The secondary objective is faster, and very inexpensive media content production and distribution. We have found there is a disconnect between post length and time to product and revenue generated. With this, the problem is far less, though by no means solved. Zennie62Media is constantly working to improve the system network coding and seeks interested content and media technology partners.
