Buffy Wicks CA AD15 Candidate Hits Record 200th Houseparty

Berkeley, CA – California Assembly candidate held her 200th houseparty in AD 15 this weekend. In addition, the Wicks for Assembly campaign knocked on more than 5,000 doors in AD 15 throughout the past week, working to get out Buffy’s message of affordable housing, healthcare for all, economic equality and family-friendly policies.

Berkeley resident Nancy Radar hosted the 200th houseparty, where Buffy heard from residents of AD 15 about a range of topics. Buffy launched the houseparty program in July of 2017.

A noted community organizer, Wicks is building on the campaign’s impressive grassroots operation that secured her overwhelming victory in June. Since Labor Day weekend, the campaign has knocked on over 25,000 doors in Assembly District 15, including 5,000 the past week.
