Willie Brown Oakland Raiders Legend Dies – Forecast Move From Oakland For New Stadium

Oakland Raiders Legend Willie Brown , the great number 24, died. He was a true symbol of the ideal Oakland Raiders Player. So revered was Brown was that he was selected to represent the Silver and Black at the 2012 NFL Draft, where this interview was conducted on the NFL Draft Red Carpet.

In this interview, Brown was kind enough to share what the Raiders future might be. He did not fear to tip us that the Raiders could move if Oakland did not come up with a new stadium for the organization.

Of Brown, Former Oakland Raiders CEO Amy Trask wrote on Twitter:

My heart hurts – a magnificent player, a magnificent teammate – I shall never hear the words “bed check” without getting a lump in my throat and then smiling – he supported and encouraged me throughout my career – and he let me help coach (youth games).

Sadly, Willie Brown will not live to see the opening of Las Vegas Allegiant Stadium. Brown, the NFL Hall of Fame Cornerback for the Oakland Raiders, was 78 years old.

Stay tuned.
