This news came over the 12th Street Oakland City Center Station public address system. This space will update with more news as soon as its available.
In this update, the west side entrance of the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) Transbay Tube was closed due to a Pacific Gas & Electric gas leak nearby in West Oakland. This resulted in a shutdown of all BART train traffic going to and from San Francisco and the West Bay, including San Francisco International Airport.
Train service resumed approximately 40 minutes later. Zennie62Media was first to break the story with use of its real-time video-blog system network.
