“One of ’s large backbone network partners had a fiber cut that we believe is also impacting other providers. It is currently affecting our business and residential , video and voice customers. We apologize & are working to get services restored as soon as possible.”

As for itself, from Twitter tweets, it seems that some Oaklanders were effected at first, then it spread, but in total, the entries on the social media site were not of a large number.
